Berkeley House has five bedrooms:

• There is a double suite on the ground floor with sitting area and en-suite bedroom
• The Family bedroom, on the first floor, has a four poster and single beds with tremendous views down Borrowdale. There is a bathroom on the same floor
• The twin bedroom, on the second floor, is en-suite and has views over Keswick towards Skiddaw
• The family room on the second floor again is en-suite and has views down Borrowdale
• The attic room has velux windows towards both aspects - Borrowdale and Skiddaw
