Berkeley House is located in a idyllic position overlooking Crow Park, the Borrowdale Fells and Derwentwater yet a couple of minutes away from Keswick town centre.

• Leave the M6 motorway at Junction 40 (Penrith).
• At the motorway roundabout, take the first exit (signed Keswick)
• Follow the A66 for about 15 miles.
• Turn left off the A66 (signed Keswick).
• At the end of the road turn left (signed Keswick).
• At the end of the road turn right (which takes you down the hill into Keswick).
• You will pass through a set of traffic lights, round a few bends and then you will come to a mini roundabout.
• Take the first exit left at the mini roundabout.
• After a few hundred yards turn right into The Heads (this is the second right after you have turned off the mini roundabout - just before the left turn into the car park).
• You can either follow this road round to the right and park on the road in front of Berkeley House or you can take a turning almost immediately right up a small road which takes you to car parking for two cars at the back of the house
