Berkeley House - Self Catering for groups & families

Berkeley House is a beautifully built Victorian slate town house centrally located in Keswick, heart of the Northern Lake District. The property commands beautiful views of Lake Derwentwater and the surrounding fells and has five well appointed bedrooms (three of which are en-suite), sleeping up to 12 people.

Accompanying these bedrooms Berkeley provides a spacious lounge and dining area over looking Crow Park up to Catbells and surrounding fells, complete with DVD player and Sky TV. If you do have the energy to cook for yourselves then Berkeley House has a fully fitted kitchen including gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & drying machine.

As well as parking for up to two cars at the rear of the property there is also a South facing patio area with seating for 12 for you to enjoy the sun and relaxing drinks in the evenings (the view at the top of the page was taken from the attic room).
