Berkeley House is a beautifully built Victorian slate town house centrally located in Keswick, heart of the Northern Lake District. The property commands beautiful views of Derwentwater and the surrounding fells and has excellent access to both the town of Keswick and down to Derwentwater in just a five minute walk.

 

The market town of Keswick is perfectly located in the northern English Lake District making it an ideal location for you to make base and explore the surrounding National Park and all the activities, views and adventures it has to offer.

 

 

The house itself has 5 well appointed bedrooms, four of which are en-suite. The house has the capacity to sleep up to 12 people making it an ideal location for families or larger groups to all stay together under one roof.

Accompanying these bedrooms Berkeley House provides a spacious lounge and dining area. Both over look Crow Park up to Catbells and surrounding fells. The lounge has a TV with Sky if you wish to stay inside and relax. There is a fully fitted kitchen including gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & drying machine meaning you can create your own meals, store your own food and live as you would usually do in your own home.

 

At the rear of the property there is parking for up to two cars.

 

There is a South facing patio area with seating for 12 for you to enjoy the sun and relaxing drinks in the evenings.
